In my practice, I prioritize creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where meaningful connections can flourish, always ensuring confidentiality. Drawing from my extensive experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting diverse clients on their journey towards healing and growth.
My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I offer a collaborative therapeutic journey, working together to address a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I utilize various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and more, tailoring
interventions to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.
My areas of focus include anxiety, social skills, identity exploration, life issues, depression, addiction, grief/loss, relationships, trauma, burnout recovery, and communication skills enhancement. Through this comprehensive approach, I aim to empower my clients to realize their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
